Vorige week stelden we met Jelle Wallays al de eerste nieuwkomer voor van Lotto Soudal. Vandaag is het de beurt aan de 31-jarige Tomasz Marczynski. Het is al een poos geleden dat Lotto Soudal nog eens een Pool in de rangen gehad heeft, met Marczynski heeft de ploeg er een viervoudige nationale kampioen bij. Tomasz kwam vorig seizoen uit voor de Turkse ploeg Torku Sekerspor. Naast het nationale kampioenschap was hij de beste in de Ronde van Marokko en de Ronde van de Zwarte Zee. Y entre estos últimos se encuentra el polaco de Vacansoleil Tomasz Marckzynski, que Rey de la montaña en Polonia— Rey de la montaña en Polonia apenas corrió este año, ya que luego de operarse tras la Tirreno Adriático, no volvió a ser competitivo hasta fines de julio en el Tour de Polonia en el que ganó la clasificación de la montaña.
