CyclingTips, Wade Wallace, 17 Augustus 2014
At this time last year Lachlan Morton had won a stage of the Tour of Utah, wore the yellow jersey for two days at the US Pro Challenge and won the Youth Classification for both races at 21 years old. It was last year when Morton became yet another rider from the Antipodes to join the World Tour – moving up from Garmin’s Chipotle development team to join the Giro winner Ryder Hesjedal and the rest of the ‘A team’ at Garmin.
