The 32-year-old has signed a contract with Eolo-Kometa, a team that will allow him to return to have more space for personal ambitions, after his experiences in Astana, Ineos and Arkea-Samsic, where he had to put himself at the service of the captains.

È un Diego Rosa estremamente motivato quello che guarda al 2020. Il piemontese ha lasciato il Team INEOS per approdare alla formazione Professional Arkéa-Samsic, squadra che lo ha posto di fronte a una duplice responsabilità: aiutare i leader nei appuntamenti in calendario e ritrovare, lui stesso, il gusto della vittoria, che gli manca da qualche stagione (nel 2018 Rosa ha vinto la generale della Settimana Coppi e Bartali, ma non taglia un traguardo a braccia alzate dal 2016, quando vinse una tappa al Giro dei Paesi Baschi).
